Employee Testimonials

“When I walked in there, the first thing I noticed was the friendliness of the staff and employees. You can approach them with any question and they will help you instead of being annoyed. The environment is laid back and the work schedule is flexible. Within the first 3 days I was already welding and operating cranes. They also have a variety of welding to learn there, tig, pulse mig, globular transfer mig, and flux core. If you want to build some valuable work experience, this is a good company.” – Welder/Fabricator

“This is a company that cares about its employees. Management actually listens to employees and works with them to make things better for everyone. There is always room to grow as people are promoted from within the organization. This is the only company that I know of where the president of operations started as a worker on the shop floor. Because of this management actually knows what it takes to get things done. This is the best company that I have ever worked for. good things are happening here and the sky's the limit on this places potential.” – Quality Inspector

“Leaving a company I was previously with for 7 years was a big step. Agra has proven to be the right move. Great work/life balance with the option of overtime when wanted. With Agra being a smaller company you are seen as an individual and hard work is rewarded. This is a company that truly shows they are family owned. Employees overall have good relationships with management. There is no barrier between the office and shop floor. Overall I would say this place is a great place to work. I started here at a lower rate from my previous employer, but they definitely will compensate after 90 days if hard work along with skill set is proven. Three days off a week is great along with the flexibility of getting overtime when wanted.” – Shop Foreman
